Acquisition in Roeselare
Vabeld has entered into a sale and leaseback transaction with Decathlon in Roeselare, close to Vabeld headquarters.
The site has a surface area of almost 2,5 hectares and Vabeld intends to develop the site with additional retail as well as leisure tenants over the years to come.
This brings the Decathlon stores in the Belgian portfolio up to 3.
